HHE is one of the few private companies established in the 2000s in the field of industrial construction for the Energy and Infrastructure market.
At the time of the 2000s, Vietnam was still a poor skill in management and operating for a project, applying modern standards and technology in project implementation, especially lack human resources who have skilled and technically qualified to meet international standards for heavy industrial projects such as petroleum, thermal power, chemicals, petrochemical … Hoa Hiep was established in 2006, gathered from members who were trained in a professional working environment, and approached to gain experience and techniques from contractors from advanced countries in the world.
HHE captures the difficulty of the scarcity of highly skilled human resources in the domestic market, in the period of strong transformation of Vietnam’s industry and determination to turn Vietnam into an industrialized country by the year 2020.
